I just thought it was odd that's the number Butch threw out prior and that's the number that was announced.

I haven't seen any pictures and I did say this morning that I wouldn't be surprised if 35-40K showed up. UT's lower bowl holds about 62-63K, was it 2/3 full?

I was there and I would say the lower bowl was easily 2/3 full.

40,000 for a practice that doesn't have half the hype the O&W does isn't bad at all. If by chance UT could do another meet & greet like the O&W game that number could possibly double and give them more of a game like atmosphere.
