We wanted Gruden didnt get him, we wanted Strong, didnt get him and so on....The issue is we pumped ourselves up and then went spiraling down when we didnt get our man. Hart is at fault no doubt, since when did we have to ask someone to come to UT? They should be beating down our door to come here. I didnt want Jones for sure but we got him. Looking at their schedule, they beat Pitt (who should have beaten ND) they beat Virginia Tech, they lost to Louisville in ot, they beat Syracuse (who beat Louisville). I am a little more impressed now that I looked at their schedule.

Thought the exact same thing this morning, that by tonight, there would be a million "Butch Jones is #1!" threads. Sure enough, here we are, just like we were after the Dooley presser. And you're also right that those of us who write checks between now and March will have a decision to make. A lot of mine will depend on whether Jay Graham is still a UT coach or not.
