Someone needs to tell me how they think that it is fair that tO$U has one set of coaches gameplanning, dealing with grades, dealing with players going out to the bar all night, keeping an eye on the tattoo parlor, bowl game meetings, and luncheons, ticket requests, alumni functions, and hiding the arrest record while the other coaching staff NOT JUST THE NEW HEAD COACH, BUT ANYONE AND EVERYONE HE HAS HIRED is concentrating on pilfering recruits from other schools, hitting the recruiting trail every day, every night, doing nothing but recruiting kids.

All of this, while the rest of the coaches in the country are taking this all on with just one staff.

This is so screwed up that only the NCAA could come up with it.

AND FURTHERMORE: If you didnt want your team to suffer the repercussions of the transition to a new coaching staff, then you should have waited until after the bowl game to make changes in the staff. You made the change, deal with the consequences.

I don't get how people think bowl games need to be protected..."integrity of the bowl game". The whole system is a racket for profit....and mainly for the few that actually run a game. Most of the games are joke anyway and the only benefit to the team is a couple extra weeks of practice. The ohio state situation is shaddy and obviously is a huge advantage. I agree with others...if you don't want to deal with the repercussions you should wait till after your last game to fire your staff. You can't have 2 staffs...
