I agree with this also. We live in a world where we concentrate so much about little issues, that we all forget what is important. That is how politicans, religious officials, and beauracrats want you to do. Look at our history vs. The Romans, and the Persians You'll see the same behavior.

Lovely. Care to refute anything that I said? I'm curious to hear someone else tell me (who lives in central Ohio) what it's really like to live in Ohio. Undoubtedly I could learn many lessons in the process.

First of all list one prominent Catholic that came out and suggested he be fired. The ones I heard only requested an apology. Us Catholics don't typically jump on the fire everyone who offends us bandwagon, because we have plenty of weeds in our own backyard.
I was bothered by his comments and thought he should be fired, but its not like I called tOSU nor would I have called UT had Cheek done something similar.

He was fired because he's an ass. Not because he offended Catholics.

So I agree with your line here, I guess.

Its all damage control. i like how it was something that happened in December. then it came to public and he is gone fast. and the BOT knew about it long ago. just like rutgers. try to hush it up until it all comes out.

I'm just going to admit I'm being an idiot about this. I just get sick of seeing different people get so butthurt by something stupid. I just hope they like cheek.
