only thing that can keep Uga out right now is if either WVU or Mizzou win. That and if this not a conference champion rule really is true. They are mathematically eligible

It will be Mizzou and WVU. I love OSU, but they dont deserve a shot at the NC.

You're probably correct on that. It's been a long time since that has happened.
I think WV beats Pittsburgh, but stranger things have happened. Can Missouri beat OU and if not we could see Ohio St vs. WV in the NC game, otherwise it will be WV vs. Missouri.
Vols need to beat LSU to get the Sugar Bowl bid.

Georgia has the same chance of playing for the nationa title that Temple does.

it can happen. but i don't think it will. oklahoma has a good chance of beating mizzou. but i don't think west virginia screws up.

i was just thinking and it is probably a huge stretch but if west virginia and missouri lose in their conference championship games then does georgia have a shot at playing for the national title w/o plying for their conference title and having 2 losses?

West Virginia play Pittsburgh at home for their last game in the backyard brawl, and they will put a thumping on Pitt. The Big East doesn't have a conference championship game. It's gonna be WVU in the NCG against Mizz or Ohio State and I'll pick Mizz, It's hard to beat a team twice, so they say.
