Yet in their Gym hang 2 National Championship Banners right next to 2 other Final Four banners. Wonder if the Gator Nation would trade any of those for a winning record versus UT the last 5 years?

Head to head don't matter in CBB. It's what happens in March.

while that's true, he did nothing to bash florida. He just said we will beat them twice. What the hell is your problem? Realizing that w/o Calipari Memphis will not be the same?

The nonconference slate isn't that daunting. I'll say 6 regular season losses.

This team just melts under pressure. Did you watch the UK game last year? It was painful. Down the stretch last year, they usually came up short and didn't show the toughness I wanted to see. Then I don't trust them on the road with their shaking shooting and unsteady defense.

The quote was "dominance" not just beating.

Memphis will be fine without Cal. Memphis was a Top 15-20 program before Cal got here and will continue to be one in the future.

Pastner has the #2 recruting class committed for 2010. There will be a drop off this year with the gutting of the #1 recruiting class Cal took with him, normal graduation attrition, and pro defections. Teams better get them this year because the next few years will be more of the same we've enjoyed the last 4 years.

Call me crazy but I see Hopson being more aggressive than Smith this year and he will be the main option on this team when we need a score. Too often we went to Smith last year and he could not get it done. Hopson was very impressive in the first 2 exhibition games and I see no reason for it not to continue.

In the head-to-head against UF, we have dominated. We are 7-1. I'd love the 2 titles, but we have dominated Florida. No doubt.

Memphis was a consistent Top 15-20 program. It had it's year, others it didn't. Cal just made a top 10 program every year.

I think there will be a dropoff. I'm not sure if Pastner is the guy, but he can recruit. We will see how we can coach.

we have a good team when they play as one,if they can find there roll where as starter or come off the bench and learn the team comes first 27 and 3.
