Yeah I think they jumped the gun a little on swapping qb's. The UT defense had a lot to do with Arnold looking bad. Hawkins is a little too 1 dimensional and they would have probably been better off sticking with Arnold.There are a few factors here.
* I think OU got a false sense of security that Hawkins was ready for the job with a couple late TDs against the Vols.
*It's much harder to win on the road.
*Auburn needs this game.
*OU spent all off-season preparing for UT.
*Auburn seems to be playing their best game of the season.
On passing plays he has one receiver he’s looking for and pulls it to run it that’s not there…they will have get Arnold in if they can’t get a running game going.Yeah I think they jumped the gun a little on swapping qb's.
