But who started the physical assault? Sounds like she did, not condoning Mixon's reaction, but she should be found at fault and charged with assault. JMO

I would argue he did if he pump faked her with a clinched fist. Sounds like he started the whole confrontation to begin with.

I'm sorry but a big strong football player should be able to take a little bruise to the ego (that's all the damage a slap really did) without braking four bones in a girls face.

I agree and not condoning what he did at all, it's pretty disgusting. However, she assaulted him and should legally be punished IMO. Assault is assault.

By the legal definition of assault you have a point.

But if that's the case he should charged with battery.

I agree. Perhaps you are thinking that because I feel she should be charged with assault, that it means I dont think he should be charged as well. They both need to be criminally charged IMO.
