Oklahoma vs. Boise State

...and now after going 13-0 a player proposes marriage to the head cheerleader. Somebody turn this into a movie!!

Also Boise's coach was suspended for introducing his players to rock and roll.

Milo just broke something.
 Incredible call -- I broke a glass and a plate during that game.

That QB needs to shut up. You can tell his mouth is not his best feature.
Yep -- Zabransky, the farm boy from eastern Oregon... Definitiley got a set of bucks up front.

Gotta hand it to Zabranski after that pick 6 - he sucked it up
Absolutely. Not the same guy we saw last year making Georgia's defense look spectacular.

Lastly...

Where's hatvol?!

Yeah, Boise's coach seemed like a classy guy (as well as having large coconuts for calling that junk).
Between that game and umpteen beers, I'm not feeling so bad about a certain other game.

I have a new blog at my ... blog. I wish I knew how to send articles to ESPN.com, CBSsportsline.com, etc editors

That was three of the greatest plays I have seen in such close sequense. The play to score the tying touchdown in regulation, the play to score the touchdown in OT and then the best of all the 2 point conversion with the Statue of liberty. And to think I almost went to bed after OU intercepted and ran back for a TD.

One of the best finishes I have ever seen to a game. Boise's coach really opened up the play book late.

Wow.

VolinArizona...link?

It's in my sig, but in case you have those turned off, it's thepowert.blogspot.com

Just in case any of you don't know... And I feel like reiterating this... Boise State has just capped off their 11th season in D-IA. When Peyton was up and coming with the Vols, Boise State was playing in the Big Sky against the likes of Montana, Weber State and Portland State. And now here they are, Fiesta Bowl champs with a win over Oklahoma.

Can they maintain or will they fall off and sputter around like Utah has since their triumphant Fiesta Bowl victory of a couple years ago?

Thanks, man. I had sigs turned off because I post at work and some of the video sigs can bog things down.

I enjoy reading your posts and I am going to follow your blog.

Just like Utah, depends on wether or not the coach sticks around. But like I brought up elsewhere, Boise State has reeled off three very good coaches within their program in a row, since Houston Nutt coached them in their second season of D-IA status. They have been cranking out ten-win seasons since he left.

I had to listen to that game last night my cable was out, and I could feel the excitement through the radio and when my cable came back on today I watched the highlights what a magnificent job of coaching and lovin those trick plays they made them look easy the announcers were like were do they find time to practice all those plays, the best game I have listened too and probably the best game of the bowl. Congratulations Boise State you deserve to be on the Wheatie Box.
