I think we should put the Tennessee state outline back on the floor. I like our floor now, don't get me wrong, but I love and miss that old half court logo. Who's with me??

yep, the old scheme looks just that.... old.
New is much better and more up-to-date in design.

I personally like the new one better. For some reason I feel it fits with the new-look arena.

That picture of the arena doesn't even look like the same place anymore.

Power friggin' T. I know. . .I know. . .we are like one of two schools that has an alternative (and ugly I might add) women's logo.

seriously?

I've not been to ask many basketball venues as I have football but our arena is top notch.

I have been to see some perennially good programs (Kentucky, Xavier, Cincinnati, Ohio State, etc) and our arena completely trumps theirs.

Put a Power T at halfcourt and then when the Lady Vols play put the Lady Vols Logo at halfcourt. All they have to do is change that floor out.

seriously?

Ive been going to all games except a couple EVERY SINGLE year. yes even the bad ones and there were tons of those. I like the renovations, I think it has 20% to do with improved recruiting, seeing as it looks every bit as good or better as a pro arena.

I like the way it is now. They went away from the state ouline to the name " TENNESSEE " because according to the basketball coaches not everyone in the country regonizes the outline as Tennessee. This way assuming people can read there is no confusion. I vote to keep it the way it is although the power T would be interesting.:yahoo:

I'm for getting rid of calling the court The Summit. It's cheesy and looks bad for mens recruiting.

Scotty Hopson, Tobias Harris, Kevin Ware, et al don't seem to care. Do you think anybody actually pays attention to that during a game?
