He loves his players too much. That’s his problem. If he actually ran it like a business instead of thinking all of them are his sons then he would still be winning championships. Dak and Zeke had no business getting those contracts but Jerry was stupid enough to pay them because he gets too attached.

I bet they tell all the home fans about their championships in the 90s and how they are going to win another one this year. It’s been the same old story for 25+ years now. Jerry hypes the team up, the team wins a couple of games, and all the fans think they are Super Bowl bound after 4 games. Then they go and lose in the Divisional round and the fans cry about how disappointing the season was. A month later all those same fans will be saying the Cowboys will be Super Bowl champs next year. Rinse, cycle, and repeat for 25+ years 🤣

Same ole story .... rinse & repeat. You said this last year. Cowboys fans know the story quiet well. Eagles will win it all again this time around so we shouldn't watch a Cowboy game this year or pull for them anyway.

5 Trophies one of best franchises ever Super Bowls tied with San Francisco most all time only behind Tom Brady and the Patriots and The Steelers ....

Maybe LaRussa ain’t that great. For as stacked as his teams have been over the years he only has four 100-win seasons in his 35 years of managing. And 2 of those were whenever he had the roid rage brothers.

Those other three franchises have been to multiple championship games and Super Bowls this century while the Cowboys continue to gloat about their glory days. Maybe if Jerry would hire a real coach and allow them to do what they do then they would be winning. Jerry always has to be in control and the main attraction. Winning is secondary to him. Cowboys won’t be winning anything until he’s gone. It is what it is.

I’m not saying don’t pull for them. I’m just saying the vast majority of the fanbase has this expectation they are winning the Super Bowl every season whenever they know they aren’t good enough. Jerry just keeps feeding the fans BS every year to get their hopes up only to be let down whenever the real games matter.

All NFL fans have high hopes for their favorite team(s) to win games. But we are realistic to know if you can't get to the big dance that's life. Move on to next year. Not going to pout about it. It's the same each year w/UT. We hope we win our games & go undefeated but reality sets in where & when you lose to the better teams sometimes.

No, the only time I legitimately thought we would win was the McNair and Eddie George teams. We have had very good seasons since that era but those teams felt special to me. McNair had that “It Factor” and I thought we always had a chance to win any game with him. Maybe is Payton Manning wasn’t in our division all those years and maybe if Patrick Mahomes didn’t exist we would have won a Super Bowl by now. We will never know. All I know is that as long as that dude is playing, Kansas City is numéro uno.

Remember a few years ago Titans number one seed in playoffs and then got beat at home in Divisional round can't remember who maybe the Ravens ...
