Actually Cardinals style of offense suits Dobbs way better than the Pro Style the Titans run...that's why they drafted Levis...HH was never on their radar ...one cause of age and they wanted a younger guy and 2 Tennessee didn't run a pro style offense...Detroit drafted HH because he can heal and learn behind Goff for 2 or 3 seasons...JD and HH are in better situations where they're at...
Ravens completely tore down their offense for Lamar Jackson after he took over for Joe Flacco. Titans just refuse to make good decisions at QB.

Honestly, the Cardinals got lucky playing at home. Not to take anything away from Dobbs who played great. I am proud of Dobbs. The Cowboys fell behind quicker than expected & made too many mistakes & penalties trying to catch up playing from behind. Like I said earlier not everyone will win every game & is expected to have bad games here & there.
Cowboys will win a lot of games on talent but whenever it comes down to the nitty gritty, Dak is going to be the one that holds them back from getting to the promised land.

It was a home game for the cardinals, but there may have been more cowboys fans in attendance. Have to face that blasting the Gints and Jets in the first two weeks may not have told us much about the boys. We shall see.

On September 25 in Baseball History...
  • 1922 - The Giants beat St. Louis 5-4 in ten innings to clinch John McGraw's eighth pennant. It the tenth pennant for the Giants in 41 years in the National League.

  • 1932 - Jimmie Foxx hits his 58th home run in the last game of the season to finish just shy of Ruth's 1927 record of 60.

  • 1954 - Early Wynn two-hits the Tigers 11-1 for his league-leading 23rd win as the Indians notch their 111th victory, a new American League record, eclipsing the 110 wins of the 1927 Yankees.

  • 1955 - Detroit outfielder Al Kaline becomes the youngest batting champ in history, as he takes the American League crown at age twenty.

  • 1960- For the first time since 1927, the Pirates are headed for the World Series. A gigantic torchlight victory parade in Pittsburgh's Golden Triangle at midnight celebrates the pennant.

  • 1961 - Roger Maris tied Babe Ruth's 34-year-old record with his 60th homer, off Baltimore's Jack Fisher.

  • 1965 - Another Kansas City publicity stunt makes the great Satchel Paige baseball's oldest performer. At ffity-nine, Paige hurls the first three innings, garners one strikeout, and allows just one hit, to Carl Yastrzemski, in his first Major League appearance since 1953. The Red Sox jump on reliever Don Mossi for a 5-2 win.

  • 1983 - Bob Forsch of the St. Louis Cardinals pitched the second no-hitter of his career, defeating Montreal 3-0.

  • 1986 - Houston's Mike Scott pitches a 2-0 no-hitter against the Giants at the Astrodome, clinching the National League West title for the Astros. It is the first time a division has ever been decided by a no-hitter, and the third consecutive game in which Astros pitchers have allowed two hits or less.

  • 1989 - Wade Boggs becomes the first player in Major League history to achieve both 200 hits and 100 walks in four consecutive seasons. It is his seventh straight 200-hit season overall, extending his own modern Major League record.

  • 1993 - Randy Johnson of the Seattle Mariners became the eighth pitcher to strike out 300 batters in a season with 13 strikeouts in ten innings of a 3-2, twelve-inning loss to Oakland.

  • 1997 - Pedro Martinez joins Curt Schilling of the Phillies in the 300-strikeout club. The Expos right-hander fans nine Marlins in a 3-2 victory to become the first pitcher in a quarter-century with 300 strikeouts and an ERA under 2.00 (Martinez finishes with an National League best 1.90 mark). The last time two pitchers fanned 300 in a season was 1972 when Steve Carltonand Nolan Ryan turned the trick.

  • 1998 - Curt Schilling became the fifth pitcher ever to strike out 300 batters in consecutive seasons when he fanned Kevin Orie in the seventh inning of Philadelphia's 4-3 loss to Florida in the first game of a doubleheader.

Eeeh every team has a bad game...13 penalties and 1/5 in Red Zone helped Dallas lose...plus don't care about next man up theory losing All-Pro CB Trevon Diggs really hurts defense....but I got my eye on a CB Jerry will cough up a 1st round draft pick for...you may know him Saints CB Alontae Taylor....

Well, I'd love to get poor Alontae off the Aints

Falcons have a good shot at NFC South Division...no dominant team I don't count freaking Baker Mayfield and Tampa Bay as a threat...Saints have no offense and Carolina well goes without saying...

Yeah, we'll see and I think they have a shot, but yesterday's performance was... discouraging

I watched the game and I agree with you Bijan is going to be awesome....Ridder needs a better core of WR ...but Pitts can and is a stud at TE.....you have reasons to be excited....

The Chiefs owners daughter is a good reason to go to KC
