No one is quoted as having said “Deal with it” nor did anyone laugh about it. The real turds in the ointment were Beltran and Cora for having set up the system. Participating it the scheme was certainly shameful. But the dude that has wound up taking the brunt of the public abuse is Altuve, and he refused to participate.

Look. I am long time fan of the organization. I am embarrassed for the organization. I was embarrassed for Volnation over Cornbread. If you wanna stay butt hurt over the Astros indiscretions, have at it.

Doesn’t matter if Altuve refused the trash cans. His teammates were using it and getting on base to allow him to get more runs in. He benefited from it. As far as Correa is concerned, he can eat 💩. Dude just comes off as an arrogant SOB with no remorse. Ken Rosenthal was literally telling him on camera that y’all were still cheating in 2018 and Correa is like no no we weren’t using the trash cans then. You guys were still cheating with the code breaker system in the clubhouse. That entire team is a freaking disgrace and Correa is the worst of them.

I’ll stay butt hurt over it until they turn their rings and trophy in and voluntarily vacate the title. That’s the only solution imo. I clearly wasn’t alive for the Black Sox scandal but I imagine this was on that same level of integrity. Correa can try to play victim and deflect all he wants. Everyone knows he is a scumbag.

Well, he nor Springer are with the organization. They’ve damn near turned over the roster. We’ve had to put up with Dusty. Imma gonna put this to the side. I imagine your pain will linger. I’ll work on trying to forgive BeelzeBud. 😉
