I think the 1992 Colts did. To my knowledge they are the only team amongst the 4 major sports to have the top 2 picks in the same draft.

The ‘92 Colts are the only team in the four North American sports, to ever have the first two picks in the draft.

Imagine being a Colts fan and owning the first 2 picks in what went down as one of the worst drafts in NFL history!!

I thought Caleb Williams was the consensus #1 but after losing his in his moms arms, I’m not so sure??
Marvin Harrison jr would probably be a good one at #2.
I’d probably take the big tackle from PSU with my other pick.
