It is imperative we stay in the winner’s bracket imo. If you end up coming out of the loser’s bracket your starting pitching is really stretched thin having to play 5 games instead of 3. It would be like going and winning the SECT like we did this year but forced to turn right back around and win a super regional that upcoming weekend. I know LSU went that route last year and ended up playing 8 games in 10 days but they had Skenes for 2 of those so really they only had to worry about the other 6 games. All the more reason TV would consider keeping his pitching rotation intact. He might look at this as 2 weekend series with a bullpen start in the first weekend (if needed). I am still betting on a Stamos-Causey / Beam / Sechrist rotation.
Yea, honestly don't expect much from Cowboys this season. I feel a tanking job coming on so they get a top tier QB in draft. All way to early drafts have Cowboys drafting Quinn Ewers from Texas.Could be Dak’s last one in a Cowboys uniform.
If it’s Dak or Ewers I’m taking Dak all day in that scenario. The money is a separate issue because I have seen some crazy dollar amounts being floated out there but as far as players go I would choose Dak.Yea, honestly don't expect much from Cowboys this season. Look for Dak to end up in Las Vegas or Giants after this season.
Looking at a 6-11 record this season, that's with me highballing it.
Jerry seems like more of an Arch guy to me. He is all about selling the Cowboys and their merchandise. What better way to do that than having a Manning on the team? Then you get a whole Manning reunion every Sunday on television. Jerry is salivating over that.I'm hoping they tank the following season and draft Nico![]()
Arch Manning at Quarterback and Jason Witten as Head Coach. I can live with that.Jerry seems like more of an Arch guy to me. He is all about selling the Cowboys and their merchandise. I don't mind the size of the field, but playing in a stadium where the wind predictably and almost always blows in toward home plate seems dumb imo.35 homeruns hit last season in Omaha in 15 games total.
That's a little over 2 a game, small ball and pitching wins in Omaha.
