OldTimer’s Dugout - General Topics, Chat, Random Photos and Memes.......No Politics

Dodgers are only 0.5 game ahead of the Brewers for the 2 seed. At the same time, they are only 2 GB of the Phillies for the 1 seed. Only 2.5 games separate the top 3 NL teams.

AL is even tighter. Only 1.5 games separate the top 3 teams and the fourth team is only 3 GB.

I would tease him and ask him how he does it: Do you drink a lot? Get high? Xanax, ya gotta be taking Xanax, right?
My older brother moved out there when times (1970s) were a lot better. Set up his own oil & natural gas business there working out of the SF Bay Area. He's a big 49ers fan. He & the wife still have grown children that live out West. Hell, one son lives up in that hell hole Seattle, WA. area. I'm surprised they're all still alive & they're business haven't been burned down. I'm sure there's a few sane people still living out there but it's hard to tell these days.

fyi: Atrial fibrillation ablation is a treatment for an irregular and often very fast heartbeat called atrial fibrillation (AFib). The treatment uses heat or cold energy to create tiny scars in an area of the heart. The signals that tell the heart to beat can't pass through scar tissue. So the treatment helps block faulty signals that cause AFib.
dont know if the AFib would have been discovered had not passed out on the first night of of our vacation or about 10 days later when she passed out and struck pole on a usually busy state highway (AL69) and then passed out twice in ER after the wreck. It was evidence she was suffering

Deion about to be in some hot water. Discriminating against a reporter just because he is an affiliate of CBS. Also, refusing to answer questions because reporters use words like “bolster” and “chemistry”. Expect him to get fined a lot this season if that’s the way he is going to handle interviews.

You should know by now the elites don't like to be questioned on anything they do.

He and Jameis Winston must sit around eating crab legs coming up with who will do/say the dumbest thing next. Must be a FSU thing.
Reporters need to boycott his ass. They should report that nobody cares what his team does this year. His fan base isn't that big to begin with. It's just all manufactured to appear that way. Then he may get out there and answer some questions.

If I were CBS that’s exactly what I would do. Take it a step further and boycott the entire university. I wouldn’t even air Colorado sports highlights. Bet you that would get their administration’s attention.

No joke: It's impressive that your brother and his children have been successful there.

FYI: My dad used to fly out to San Jose every other week for many years, so he got see first hand what he calls the "Fall of two great cities, San Jose and San Francisco." His view was that he liked visiting and doing business out there, but wouldn't want to raise kids out there. That morphed into him not even want to spend more that one minute more than he had to there. So threw him I got second hand observations and opinions about them.

I went there once to see the Braves play the Giants, but only saw AT&T Park in a playoff game.
