20 years locks up the Neyland Stadium and Shields Watkins Field for the entire 20 years. That’s significant.
They are contributing to stadium improvements as well as maintaining it for 20 years.
As well as $21 million NIL dollars a year for 20 years. That’s $420 million.
It supports the University and stadium, takes care of the athletes, and ties the two brand together. It’s a win win IMO.
