Funny they think we actually care. We just like being petty and trolling. Hockey is 4th out of the major sports for USA. It’s more embarrassing for them that it took OT to beat us whenever they have guys like McDavid and Crosby.

ESPN is stupid for letting MLB go, what are they going show in Summer more WNBA.. CBS, NBC, Amazon, Netflix and YouTube T.V. is already slobbering over getting a contract with MLB after this fallout with ESPN...

Yeah this is big for MLB. ESPN never promoted the sport anyways. Another network partner will be better for MLB anyways.

MLB is not very smart either.
They have possibly more young, exciting superstars in the league since maybe the early 80s but are doing a piss poor job of marketing them!
You have guys who are a part of a dying breed, like Kershaw and Verlander, coming to the end of their careers and MLB doesn’t know how to market them and make the end of 2 Hall of Fame careers relevant.
The NFL and NBA do a fantastic job of getting their stars out there for the kids to see, MLB...not so much.

ESPN doesn’t know how to market baseball either so I see this as a win for baseball. I say make a lucrative deal with Amazon or NBC/CBS/FOX. TNT/TBS could also be a great option since they don’t have to worry about the NBA anymore. Any one of those companies will market baseball better than ESPN has.
