I’ve seen some highlights but not much.
work, wrapping up construction, slowly moving, rec basketball, middle school baseball, rec baseball x2, church, family...
I have had basically zero baseball time.
just keep me updated when you guys can, please!

Yeah, and as we were boarding our UT bus after the game (parked along the street in front of fraternity row), a couple of frat guys were spraying everyone with cold water. We had our class bouncer to alleviate that situation single-handedly.

I have read that a majority of the players are not happy.
I don’t like it at all.
It takes a part of the game away imo and that part is the human strike zone and players having to adjust to that.
NASCAR wanted to become cookie cutter too and now it sucks and within 20 years will be a dying sport once a certain generation starts kicking the bucket.

Tha ABS brings a whole new meaning to "painting the corners of strike zone" ..nothing wrong with the game don't need fixed...

I don’t mind that, as long as it’s a real umpire making that call.
I like having different umps with different zones.
It’s part of the game imo

I complain about umpires and balls and strikes maybe more than anyone but deep down I get it, that’s just the homer in me and imo another part of the game that we all love.

It is not easy, I’ve umped a few little league games and it was horrible! I couldn’t imagine calling balls and strikes for a guy throwing 102 mph and the ball starts out waist high on the inside and crosses the plate, knee high on the outside corner!

I agree, I don't think the umps do a bad job calling balls/strikes. Of course there's always a WTH moment but that's what makes it entertaining........
