My issue with this is if you or I go to the doctor with similar injuries the doctor will prescribe human growth hormones to help us heal.

Most want professional athletes to heal as quickly as possible. I think that there should be an avenue for pro athletes to use doctor (real Dr. not a team Dr.) prescribed HGH.

I realize cheaters will cheat, but older athletes want to prolong their pay as long as possible.

If Bagwell was using then there were definitely more on that team using. Biggio wouldn’t have been the only other one. Frank Thomas also thinks Ivan Rodriguez used and he was on the team in 2009. Wouldn’t surprise me if Berkman was using too, even though he didn’t need to based on his college production.
