Correct. BOS has only ever been BOS (Americans, than the Red Sox) since 1901.

The Yankees technically began in 1901 in Baltimore (went defunct in 1902 and were purchased and began life again as the NY Highlanders in 1903).

World Series title should only be post integration.

NBA title should only be counted after NBA/ ABA merger.

NFL titles should be 2 different ones post Super Bowls and pre Super Bowls...

I don’t care what his plans are at this point. He isn’t worth the headache. Either be here or don’t. This is the issue with those West Coast QBs. All flash. Give me a QB like Hendon Hooker or Josh Dobbs any day of the week over someone that’s going to hold the team hostage. Nico has some serious Aaron Rodgers type vibes imo. Has all the talent in the world but only cares about himself. Nico is the one that signed the original NIL deal. Either stick to it or tell him to pack his bags. Ride with Merk.

So I guess we can remove those 6 NL pennants from the Dodgers pre-integration? So they actually only have 19 instead of 25 now.

You have to win the NL pennant in order to get to World Series though. So that’s indirectly saying the World Series doesn’t matter…

Considering your beloved Dodgers were a franchise for 64 years pre-integration, I think you should care, even if a little. MLB didn’t just all the sudden begin in 1947 so I’m not going to put down those teams that won before then. Sorry your team wasn’t successful during that time period but I guarantee you if they had the same amount of success as the Yankees you would be beating your chest about all those championships. The Dodgers existed well before you were alive and will exist well after you are gone.

So Tennessee shouldn't count their NCs before integration? The only one would be 1998 in that case.

The SEC didn't integrate until the 67-68 season.
