Sad to hear. No matter what you feel about someone for their transgressions, I would never wish that sickness on my worst enemy. Hopefully he is able to overcome and live a long life

He left the Academy to pursue a one in 10 million dream of being a 1st round pick and Pitcher in MLB. A reasonable person wouldn’t fault him for that. Just his decision to go to LSU.

There may be an exception I’m not familiar with, but they don’t get to play summer ball the entire summer. We’ve had Army and Air Force players, and I think they get abothree weeks tops before having to fulfill their military obligations.
