Ole Miss Goes Down!

Ole Miss and Mizzou are both being exposed as frauds with easy schedules

I am a bit more worried about UK...their QB looked really good today. But we do have them at home. 😌
Their defense looked really good. Outside of one big 63 yard pass, though, the QB was 17/27 for just 180 yards and 1 TD.

Kiffin always finds a way to drop one he shouldn't

This one is gonna cost him. Their playoff chances just took a major dump unless they manage to beat Georgia.

A 2 loss Ole Miss team (with a loss to the Mildcats) will most certainly be dropped from the playoffs before a 10-2 UT team with losses to Bama and Georgia.

On the flip side, this should free Lane up to bolt to Gainesville just after Thanksgiving-if the Gatahs want him that is.

Maybe. It’d depend on where the second loss came.

Obviously, as you noted, if they beat Georgia and lose to either ranked LSU or ranked Oklahoma, they’re likely back into it easily.

If their only other loss is to Georgia, then you’ve got an Ole Miss team that would have beaten the same ranked Oklahoma that UT beat plus another ranked team in LSU…at the current moment, Tennessee going 10-2 with having losses to presumably very-high-ranked Georgia and Alabama but in turn only having one win against a ranked team (and that’s presuming Oklahoma’s even still ranked at the end of the season given their remaining schedule consisting of Texas, Ole Miss, Missouri, Alabama, and LSU).

Kentucky had almost 40 minutes in time of possession today.

After Ole Miss’s 2:03 long first drive of 83 yards for a TD, the Rebels only gained 270 total yards and scored 10 points over the remaining total 18:14 that they held the ball.

Maybe I should say "better than expected". Also, if you actually watched the game, you would see he made some really nice throws over the middle. Very crisp. He's also a good runner. He is a big part of the reason they won.

One of those CAN’T WIN games. 😖 Sippy Lane gets muted and clueless Wildcat fans get louder and talking smack before the Vols matchup.
You don’t relish their delusional smack talk before playing us, following by the horrifying reaffirmation that we will own them until the end of time? I sure do.

I enjoy the trauma and five stages afterward…not so much the preliminary noise.

Give Ky def credit. They shut Kiffy’s offense down. Dominated the time of possession

I noticed Nolan must have played 60 snaps at DT today. One more loss & he’ll be out for the season with an ankle.

Kiffin had that beat down sourpuss look when he is in a competitive ball game and not rolling up 60 points on southwest Louisiana next to Texas. He is a clown, a bum and a fraud. Florida will not interview this punk.

Golesh would be a better choice.

Ole Miss vs Clemson in a bowl game. The transfer portal team vs the anti transfer portal coach. I’d like to see that matchup for 13th place.

Kentucky makes no sense. Bent over by SC. Then toe to toe with GA. Now beating Ole Miss at home.
Easily the most confusing SEC team right now. Now that they got a huge win, I almost wouldn't be shocked if they somehow lost to Vandy.

That said, if they don't blow a few inexplicable games, their schedule is actually pretty light the rest of the way, with the exception of us and Texas:

Vandy @ home
@ Florida
Auburn @ home

All 3 of those are winnable for them. They have Murray State at home (should be easy win) and Louisville at home.

They could end up finishing the season 8-4.

He is not a good runner. 17 carries for 3 yards. That included 5 sacks. His long run was 11 yards.
