10. He has always dreamed of coaching a top ten program like UT. He said Dream Job, not dream school. Sort of different. He probably grew up a Michigan fan or something. But i believe when he says its an honor to be our head coach. He appreciates it, unlike Dooley and Kiffin.
For some reason, a lot of Michigan folks do dream of Tennessee. He mentioned that it was a good place to raise his kids. It is. Look around Telico, Crossville, and even Jefferson County and you will find 1000's of Michigan folks that have retired to TN. It is like south FL and New Yorkers.
