I just watched the guys go through the playoff scenario and they all agreed, if Georgia beats Tennessee next week, and all three of Alabama,Georgia, and Tennessee win out the regular season and Alabama beats Georgia, that Tennessee would be the team left out.. I know alot has to happen before now and then, but cmon our sos is better then both?? What do y’all think??

That would assume the Clemson, TCU, and Ohio State/Michigan win out. There is a lot of football left to be played. With that being said, you know how you get to the playoffs? You take care of every week. You can’t let next week or what if beat you. Take care of “today”, and the rest magically works itself out.

Those two have had more success recently. Multiple SEC Championships.
Sure they're probably right in that scenario.

But that's not going to happen.

Right now, Tennessee is a "feel good story" for everyone. But most fans including our OWN still don't understand how good this team is. And WHY they are so good, and in THIS SEASON (2022) are unbeatable.

Playing at their best (still haven't seen yet) there is no college team this year that can beat them.

A 13-0 TCU, 13-0 OSU, and 13-0 Clemson are probable. It’s not fair, but it’s not likely a second SEC team makes it if that happens.

Gonna be a lot of pissed off Bama, UGA, and or Tennessee fans this December.

We’ve got to win out most likely. Let’s ride.

That sounds reasonable. Except we are beating uga. May lose to bama in Atlanta, but we will be in.

I would be shocked if TCU finished unbeaten. Back to back weeks they go to Texas and Baylor. Plus a title game that they’d have to navigate.

I can believe it. Every week, no matter who TN beats, then they still somehow dismiss TN despite giving praise. for Alabama game it’s been more of a narrative that indicates Bama shouldn’t have lost, without saying it out right. It’s not been a feel like TN is better, but that Bama slipped up.

All things being equal, we'll never get the nod over a bama, osu or uga. Hell, I doubt we'd come out well in a head to head with Michigan. Unless we take it outright, they'll find a way to exclude us.

Penn state could help us out today, I’m praying

that said, I want Georgia to win today, and Bama to lose any game they have left. I don’t want Georgia losing to anyone before TN because youd be foolish to expect them to lose 2 times or twice in a row. We need to be their lose.

Its difficult to break thru that pack of 4-5 elite teams that the committee picks the 4 playoff teams from. One team can break in every 3 yrs or so but if Bama, GA, O. St. Clemson all have undefeated or 1 loss seasons their in. An undefeated OK can still get in. One or more of those 5 have to have subpar seasons that the committee just can't justify picking them, like Clemson last yr which let Mich slip in.
