East Ham is a new school. I want to know what school the kids that go to E Ham went to prior to its existance.

Oh - pretty much Ooltewah... and private schools. Probably a larger % came from private schools this year.

That's what I was thinking, (ooltewah). Interesting with a lot of private school kids. Reminds me of Signal Mtn. Crazy the way they "bought" a public school!?! Similar situation or no?

eh - I wouldn't really know - I doubt that area has the buying power that parts of Signal does, lol.

I'm not too sure where the zone line is really - but the rich people in Ooltewah will still have to send their kids to OHS - so I doubt it.

Mtn folks are a different breed.

Edit: for the casual reader (usual stigma need not apply)

Anyone remember Patick Flannigan? I believe he's still the single game rushing record holder. Either single game or season. Think he went for like 2500 one year.

yes i do...i watched Flannigan and Riggs Jr in a game at Finley Stadium they both tore it up...if i remember right they both went for 200+ yds in that game...I do remember that Red Bank won the game..

That's right. Thanks for clearing that up. Foster came a bit after Flannigan. Didn't they have a qb who played baseball too that was pretty good. Maybe even more recently.

Adam Howard was QB and played baseball(he graduated the same year as Patrick). Last time I checked he was playing in the minors somewhere.

Are these guys SEC material Ooltewah? I'm just wondering b/c they have great stats and as passionate as Jac is about UT I could see him being in their ear. So if they are the real deal and are SEC material this could be huge.

Of all of those guys that I named if they work hard I believe they will be SEC talents and its only a matter if they get offered bc all of them would choose Tn over any other school. Just remember the name Jay Rudwall

I am told that some college coaches are beginning to show some interest in Jay Rudwall.
