Seigel beat the hell out of the owls,plain and simple....owls threw the ball a million times and it didnt work.The defensive scheme(or the lack there of)was a friggin joke.

the irony of this all is that Seigel was birthed by being planted right in between Smyrna and Oakland and taking enrollment from each of those schools....yet Oakland and Smyrna have each won state titles since then and now Seigel is hurting Ooltewahs feelings.

There are tons more students in that area than in ooltewah. Ooltewah lost at least half of its enrollment when east hamilton was opened, it wasn't split between two schools so there really isn't much irony..and how long ago was that also? Ooltewah is just now recovering.

I never said the owls didn't get beat down. But only an idiot would believe that it was the defense's fault that the stars hung fifty points on them. Even the best defense is going to give up a hell of a lot of points when the offense puts them In the situation that they were put in. they had no chance of holding stars down when the offense has fifty turnovers.

And the owls are fine.there is only one game left on the schedule that they won't be favored in. siegel is probably the best team they play all season.
