Mond is very, very similar to Guarantano, except that he doesn’t throw td passes to the other team quite as much.

- Average completion percentage.
- Everything is a laser.
- One look passer (doesn’t go through progressions).
- Poor pocket awareness.
- Not good at knowing when to tuck it and run.

That being said, he did begin to limit his mistakes, which is why the Aggies were much more successful.

That’s all I ever asked of JG these last few seasons before they started. He didn’t have to win games for us, but he just couldn’t lose games for us. We all see how that went.
