I assume that was meant for me. I’ve never said that he was “elite.” There’s only one elite coach and he resides in Tuscaloosa. Harbaugh is one of the top ten coaches in the country and better than anything we’ve had in Knoxville since 90’s version of Fulmer.

I think the problem is that they don’t get paid enough. They sell insurance or do a regular 8-5 and then moonlight as officials for the biggest games in college football. Time for Sankey and other P5 commissioners to step up and pay these guys so that they can only be officials. IMO

And not coddle them. They (refs) should have pressers after games to answer for BS calls. The NCAA and conferences shield them from criticism and fine coaches for calling them out. It is BS. The rest of us would be fired for continuously screwing up.
