That could be interesting. I guess they are making assumption Clemson at 12-1 would be a playoff team....

Uhhh they amay not be out. If USC Clemson and LSU all lose and maybe even if lsu wins the Ohio st/Michigan loser likely stays in based off such a log jam of 2 loss teams and they will have only 1 even though their schedule was weak and everyone knows it.

Wonder what a North Carolina Tennessee game would look like with no Hooker and with Tillman, Hyatt, McCoy, Byron Young, Paxton Brooks, Chase McGrath and Princeton Fant all opting out of playing in that game to prepare for the NFL combine.

Might be better off somewhere else.

Drake Maye and Downs would probably annihilate this secondary.

Really don't want to see us play UNC in a 67-65 type game.

Go man-to-man. SC and Georgia both did that to us, and you see the results. They can't throw quick short passes and gives our line a chance to get to the QB.

Is Bru gone? Seems like McGrath and Brooks should play in a bowl game. The chances of either having a career defining injury is minimal.

Sadly, that's true. However, if Javelin Joe really lights it up Saturday, that changes things. Prior to the Cock fight, there was noise about him being Tennessee insane backup QB. He probably won't be the bowl draw Hooker would be, but interest n him would high enough to make us quite desirable.

Big "IFs"...Tennessee whoops Vandy by 20 ending 9-2 with UGA loss and crazy South Carolina supermen for the night game.
Michigan loss makes them 11-1 and still ahead of us....would be a great Citrus Bowl Repeat of Citrus bowl when we beat Michigan 45-10...I was there! South Carolina beats Clemson, and a few other teams in the top bowl competition go down and maybe we can get to Sugar, Citrus, or Orange Bowls. I prefer we not play #21 Cincinnati in Arlington, TX. Go Vols! BEAT VANDY AND MILTON'S STAR IS BORN!
