I was excited about the orange helmet until I saw it. Looks bad. Also looks like we are trying to be Clemson which we are not. My opinion would not change it we won. I just did not like it.

Right. I hated them in warmups when I thought we were gonna win.

Players like them. Loved the black gloves that went with the dark mode, so they’re wearing them on the road. I don’t love the look, but Heupel lets the players make the call on the little things like that.

I slightly prefer white shirt with orange pants to stormtroopers. More distinctively UT.

I still think a matte finish with script Vols or the rifleman logo would have been the way to go on the orange helmets.

Yall are wrong about the orange helmets all because they lost in them one time.

We're 1-2 in the stormtrooper get up this year, losing once to a very bad team, losing once to a pretty decent team, winning against a slightly overrated team, some significant losses in the all white get up over the last 5 years, we continue to suit up in a look that we don't win in very often, I'd save the orange helmets for a new paint job to get it a tick closer to the proper shade of orange, roll them out next year for a Kent State game there in Neyland, but not usable on the road anymore

In other news: I hate the two-tone grey jerseys. Either all black or all Smokey Grey. Don’t make the jersey look like it was patched together as it looks cheap.

Yes, Tennessee colors are orange and white. All white looks really good. All orange would look good with an orange helmet. Orange jersey with white pants is standard. White jersey with orange pants looks like Sweet Valley High to me. Didn't see it much last year and hopefully only once this year. GoVols.
