Thinking we get 3 commits for the 18 class (Jones, Dixon, and one other). Also think we get two from the 19 class.

We need to get Lampley in the fold for '19. VQ podcast today said he totally dominated at Clemson's camp. I think he's becoming a legitimate 5* candidate in that class. It's weird but I have a strange feeling about this one, despite his obvious UT connections.

He's going to be big-time. The '20 in-state class along the line of scrimmage is freaking insane. Tucker will be a 5*, Mays at least a 4*, Wray will be highly rated, and guys like Jason Eaton and Ray Curry probably will be as well and then you have guys like Tyler Barron and Dallas Walker on the DLine who are going to be monster recruits.

Mentioned in an earlier thread, but Tennessee doing a great job getting as many guys as possible to come to campus today/tonight before Orange Carpet Day. Almost building the weekend like a mini-official visit. Guys like Lyn-J Dixon, Adrian Martinez, Alontae Taylor, D'Andre Litaker, Joseph Anderson, Adonis Otey, Wesley Walker, Al Blades Jr. and many others spent nearly the entire day on campus, while Jordan Davis, Cam Jones, Jatavious Harris, Greg Emerson and others are getting to town now.

Man, it has been dead 2day, in the RF. Hopefully, it's the calm b4 the storm (of commitments), 2morrow. If we only get one commitment, this whole weekend, I hope it's Lyn-J. Since, Lyn-J has been on campus all day with Adrian Martinez and Alontae Taylor, surely they have been in is ear, telling him, how much UT needs him.

We don't seem to be recruiting a lot of LB's. Just curious as to thoughts why? Pretty big need for us next few years?

One recruit for sure that I'd be willing to bet on committing to us either this weekend or soon thereafter is Cam Jones.

That's the only one I'm really confident in getting. 80%-90% confident on him becoming a Vol. The others are 50%-50% or less in my opinion.

Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised for us to get another additional 2-3 total recruits besides Cam Jones out of this weekend's camp.

Probably not all for 2018 though. 2019 one-two & maybe one from 2020 as well is possible. Thanks.
