I know this would normally go in the around the NCAA forum, but there's been so much talk here about Oregon. Let's see what they got in about ten minutes.

I hope the Titans cut Blount. Guy is an f'n moron. I find it hard to believe he was capable of passing classes just by the way he speaks. "Kno wuz Im sayin maaaan".

After what happened to Stafon Johnson last night, they may have no choice but to keep him...

I fell asleep toward the end of the 3rd quarter I believe.

What happened? Hopefully not another bad injury after the weight lifting accident. Would be terrible luck.

Chris Johnson, Javon Ringer... hopefully Blount is not the third back. Sigh.

You all are putting way, way, way too much into the whole boise-oregon (wilcox) thing.

Oregon is the better team between oregon and tennessee. Period.

There are upsets and tennessee is at home.

But, don't kid yourself when looking to that game that oregon is not a high quality football team.

It would be have been like taking florida for granted in 2008 because they lost to mississippi.

You don't judge a team on one football game. Oregon's body of work would indicate that they are a very good football team.

dislocated ankle off of a tackle; was on the field for a while and had to be carted off

recovery time apparently 4 to 6 months with that injury

sucks because he was having the best night out of the backups last night (Fisher had put in Stafon a quarter before Blount also, so it seems like Johnson was doing well in camp)

Who is judging anything by one game?

Seems like fans just want to watch Justin Wilcox defensive packages.

Why do you have to come here and be all negative? Should I go over to Florida's board and say they have no chance of beating Bama because the team is worse than last year?

OMG, part of a population of fans are possibly underestimating a future opponent! Someone call the FBI!

Ouch. Not good news. I feel bad for him.

It's on the front page of yahoo news. Fisher got Carroll and they came out and talked to him and the team had a prayer around him. It was pretty touching to watch.

If the Titans cut people because they were stupid then a certain 2,000 yard rusher wouldn't be a part of the team.

Another note: Javon Ringer is not that good at all; I think whoever did better out of Stafon and Blount was going to get the backup job

Personally, I don't agree with that at all. I thought he tore it up last night and his stats confirm it.

Ringer - 7 carries, 60 yards, 8.6ypc
S.Johnson - 3 carries, 23 yards, 7.7ypc
C.Johnson - 5 carries, 7 yards, 1.4ypc
Blunt - 5 carries, 4 yards, 0.8ypc

No way Blount starts over him. Blount also had negative yards against Boise State. I personally think he sucks and could never get on the field over Ringer.

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree though. Ringer hit holes and looked really shifty weaving through defenders.

Why do they have to be african american?

And speaking of thuggish... you might want to try attending school sometime. I don't understand half of what you say. It's pretty cool you have so little of a life that you feel the need to troll on other teams boards though. I probably would too if I was an Oregon fan. Probably have what, 0 championships in all sports combined? Pretty sweet.

Blount was a fat tub in that game, he looked horrible. He was slow and fat, they should have had him run up the middle if anything. Boise also has a pretty good, damn fast, defense.

Also notice Oregon only allows 19 points to that vaunted offense. This year's D will be better.
