This team will need some luck, we are not good enough at this point to line up, and beat solid teams. Thanks BeecherVol. I felt horrible for Tennessee on Saturday. Was actively rooting for them against LSU. Good luck against UGA.

We had our chance to get a nice win (for this team) and pissed it away. The officiating is what it is, we should have won the game earlier.
Id like to see the Ducks and the Tide. Bama is an animal, but the Ducks have shown their metal so far. Gotta finish strong.

We go to GA. This game is interesting considering where they are, and what happened to us Sat. May come down to who puts that aside, and prepares better this week.I really don't think UT is far away from doing this. These guys are so, so young and keep just getting into trouble through a combination of bad luck and lack of depth. I think they beat Georgia though. Is it at Neyland? If so, I really would bet on UT.
That's what it comes down to now, finishing this season one week at a time. Wazzou next, then a bye week so I think we're pretty safe from the effects of a "hangover game."
From what I've seen so far, I think 'Bama would beat Oregon but I also think we're probably one of the few teams in the nation that even has a hope of keeping up.
You can post the rest of it if you'd like. Most all of it was stupid, from the idea that you'd hire Kiffin over Saban, to the notion that coaches shouldn't be measures by the number of titles they've won, right on to your insane insinuation that Kelly was a better coach than Saban based on "circumstances and outcomes".
WSU seems to be slightly better than they were, their qb isn't bad. It was a WSU team that brought the Ducks back down to earth the week after the Ducks beat Michigan at home years ago. Yes, it was a much different WSU team but stil.....**** can happen and when it does the Ducks are typically on the road. Although I feel this team is safer from the bigger upsets that used to occur when Belotti was around.
Rather than posting everything, I'll just return the favor and summarize:
Bumi is confusing the difference between capability and accomplishment. He doesn't seem to understand that it's possible for one person to be better at what they do than someone who has achieved more accomplishments before them.
By his logic Wilt Chamberlain was better than every player since him since none of them have accomplished scoring 100 points in a single game.
It's true that Saban is more accomplished than Kelly. However, Kelly's career isn't over yet. Based on what he has done at Oregon with fewer advantages than LSU or Alabama, I believe he is the more capable of the two.
And there you have it people. Straight from the horses mouth.
(lol @ the completely misplaced Chamberlin reference. Saban and Kelly are both coaches now)
I stand corrected BUMI. If this is the masterful insight that Oregon fans produce (Kelly is better than Sabanlol

and using Wilt to support his argument :ermm:
I would feel the need to join another board too.:hi:
Not all Ducks fans are that, well... extreme. But sometimes you need a change in pace from the standard opinions held by most of a like fanbase, hence my reasoning for posting at Volnation.
Well, I hate Saban but He is hands down the best coach in CFB right now. I watched for 10+ years all these coaches trying to get Bama back to being a Powerhouse and all of them failed miserably... I LOVED IT. Then along came Satan, I mean Saban and in no time they are winning the SEC, NC, and hold a ridiculous winning streak right now. I HATE HIM but you gotta give him credit and Kelly has a long way to go before he is on Sabans level.
