I don't think that you get to 70+ points against anyone unless they give up. The Vols may not win but they will not give up at home this early in the season. It'll be within 2 scores.

They are suposed to be fast. Running back, Pac 10, Top ten team, you know!!!!!!!!Damn... Lets just not even show up. Someone call Hamilton or Dooley, call it off....

They had roughly 2,400 big play yards. Almost a freak of a game. UNM absolutely blows on both sides. Be interesting to see them and UTM square off.

There's one thing that makes me think this game won't be as bad as I think it might be: Justin Wilcox completely shut down Oregon last year and Boise beat Oregon at Autzen in 2008.

New Mexico.. is really THAT Bad. They made us look good last year when we hung 40 on them for homecoming. Locksley should have been fired last year and I don't see them getting any better under him.

Don't think this will be a blow out. Ducks have the advantage but this shouldn't be a run away for them.

I've got a feeling that we will pull off an upset. I'm not sure why other than the fact that I think the guys are going to be tired of hearing about Oregon all week and will come out mad at the world. New Mexico is just terrible. I realize who we played yesterday but thought the run game looked good. If we set the run up and can hit a few shots down field, I think we pull it off.

I haven't seen UNM's schedule, but Oregon might not be the only team to score 70 pts on them this year. This could be really good for us, oregon will come in here saturday overconfident, and get a wake up call.

FWIW every FCS team that faced an FBS opponent lost by less (or won) than UNM did against UofO on Saturday.

UNM is definitely not an FBS caliber team. I'll take Jacksonville State, among others, over them.

I will take them over UT-M, though.

Having just seen the Duck highlights... I would have to disagree. UNM was out of position constantly. They turned the ball over 4 times in the 1st qtr AND muffed a punt snap at their own 20. I guess their coach grabbed some payote on the way to the game.

UTM was outmanned but well coached. They didn't make a huge number of mental mistakes... they just got beat.

I don't know about talent but UTM was definitely a more game opponent.
