Lets do on average that at least one person a day is beheaded in Iraq, that's a conservative figure, over 7 years that comes out to around 2500. Now add in other methods that I listed in that post beside the machete and the number can easily go above 10k.

Some of the death squads running around don't like to use bullets.

again, can you answer have you been there? Is the guy giving you your talking points been there?

You have disputed the IBC in this thread by saying it probably goes x10 higher. Thats an enormous difference.

Believe what you want, but I think Iran would be misbehaving much more if it weren't for US forces on its borders. I also wouldn't count out the fact that maybe the revolution brewing in that country isn't sped up a little more either. There are many, many, young Iranians fed up with the theocracy running things over there.

It was a WWI style stand off. The Iranians began to take control then Saddam hit them with chemical weapons. IMO, the US was rooting for both sides to lose and kept it going as long as possible.

Not judging... just saying.
