Osama Bin Laden confirmed dead

Not to ruin the mood, but Mullah Omar and al-Zawahiri are still on the loose.

We shouldn't stop here.

Man, to be on the skid when this went down...

I guess I can wait the 20 years for the story.

So it had nothing to do with him and yet had something to do with him? How does that work?

A guy they don't like was in office when it happened. Always politics over country. Sad state of today's times.

Edit: no big Obama fan. I'm just glad we got him regardless of who is calling the shots!

And before there is some quoting. Even though its easy to understand what I meant. I hadn't said anything about either President until that post

Neither president was the driver. Bush sent us and Obama kept it going. Neither really ever did jack. This was an intel operation.

I hope that SOB is greeted in hell with the same disdain he had for his victims throughout the world.

Understand why I even brought it up: there are a few individuals on this site that have made ridiculous complaints regarding Obama, despite having truckloads of legitimate ones to choose from. Now they've created a situation where they have to either admit their original complaint was stupid, or give him credit for at least continuing the relevant operations.

That's fine. I just want to hear the folks complaining that Obama hadn't gotten Osama admit that their original complaint was stupid.

Seeing how Tenet was kind of thrown under the bus, he must feel some satisfaction tonight. Same goes for Richard Clark.

Gotcha. I think. As long as we are still friends.... when in Rome?

Seriously though, I don't follow either party, I think its pointless. But that's my opinion. I did like how President Obama ended his speech with the first half of the Pledge of Allegiance
