you just start watching cfb this weekend? Lsu has been averaging 30-40 points/game. Okie lite vs lsu would be a repeat of the last time a high powered oklahoma team played an sec team for the NC.

"If Bama and LSU can run the table, Nick Saban’s team should get the nod over OSU, Boise State, Stanford and Houston for the following five reasons:

1.* 2007 BCS title game — Ohio State came in averaging 36.3 points per game on offense.* Florida beat them 41-14, holding the Buckeyes to 22 points below their season average.

2.* 2008 BCS title game — Ohio State came in averaging 32.0 points per game on offense.* LSU beat them 38-24, holding the Buckeyes to 8 points below their season average.

3.* 2009 BCS title game — Oklahoma came in averaging 54.0 points per game on offense.* Florida beat them 24-14, holding the Sooners to 40 points below their season average.

4.* 2010 BCS title game — Texas came in averaging 40.6 points per game on offense.* Alabama beat them 37-21, holding the Longhorns to 19 points below their season average.

5.* 2011 BCS title game — Oregon came in averaging 49.3 points per game on offense.* Auburn beat them 22-19, holding the Ducks to 30 points below their season average.

Question: Do you think the teams at Oklahoma State, Stanford, Boise State or Houston are as good as any of those five teams the SEC has shut down in the last five title games?"

Not 35, like you suggested in the other thread. I think you're drunk, Johnny.

Can I borrow that crystal ball, Ms. Cleo?

I've yet to see LSU defend the pass effectively against a competent opponent. Their second test will be against Arkansas, they have a chance to prove me wrong then.

Until then, all I've seen is a below average game against their only good opponent, West Virginia. West Virginia is no where near as effective as Oklahoma State.

Their defense leaves a lot to be desired, but they will move the ball and score points on LSU.

Lsu has shut down the #6 & #11 offense this year. Osu has yet to face a top 30 defense. They had trouble with tamu and thats not even a top 50 defense. Your conjecture is based on pipe dreams.

A 27 point win on the road is a below average game? Did you watch that game? Lsu came out and smacked them in the mouth. Wvu never had a chance.

Edit - Oregon (top 10) is not a good team? you are high or trolling

OSU is ranked 6th in the big 11 in rush defense & pass d. Stanford might have a chance but Boise & Okie Lite shouldn't even bother showing up

Oregon is not a good passing team, no.

I'm not high or trolling. Unless of course you consider the 78th ranked passing offense good.
