Nah, that’d be Rutgers. Only 1 ranked team and that team (Illinois) is currently ranked in the low 20s.I can't tell if Penn State fans are docile, or if their poorly designed stadium let's all the crowd noise escape out the top. The real question is how many years can Penn State lose to Ohio State before Franklin loses his job. PSU probably has the easiest schedules in the Big 10 this year. If Franklin can't pull it off in 2024, I'm not sure if he ever will be able to.
Followed by the Iowa/Indiana level gang (1 ranked opponent but they’re highly ranked)
Then there’s the USC/Oregon level (1 highly ranked opponent and 1 previously ranked opponent who’s no longer ranked)
They’re bunched in that area/mess of Penn State/Wisconsin/UCLA/Maryland/Minnesota area of conference schedules.
