Don't forget Chris Jones. Highly doubt he'll end up here, but he's at Northwest Florida CC with Forbes.

I think the addition of Landry means no more Chris Jones. That would be four PG's on the team for 2013-2014.

Woolridge redshirted last year I think.

I don't think they tried to even red shirt him. With the exception of this last game and Kansas 2 years ago Woolridge hasn't done much to warrant filling out the paperwork to try and keep him.

Yeah, no more back court guys for 2013. He will have plenty of those. Will need at least 3 post guys in that class.

I think Martin is pretty high on Chievous. I was thinking along the lines of Skylar as well. Since he is an in-state kid he could probably get enough grants or the Hope scholarship. It would have to be for someone program changing though. I don't think Martin would go that route to just get another average big man.

Chievous' situation is interesting, and I don't think we know all the detail. I think Chievous had an agreement coming in to redshirt his first year regardless if he could contribute or not. He was head and shoulders better than Richardson in the Rocky Top League this past year (I know it's the RTL), but he definitely looked like he could play as a Freshman. He was who I was most excited about seeing. Not seeing any minutes in the exhibition games is what tells me that he was never going to play this year. Could be wrong though.

Zjc is right. Someone has to leave or give up their scholly to open up a scholarship in the spring. I am also hearing on another message board there may be a PG transfer for next year but its just a rumor. Mitchell is Top 100 and I would love to land him. Go Vols!

We are the leader for PF/C Charles Mitchell.

Also, Tatum leaves this year along with Woolridge.

I wouldn't say we are his leader. We are in his top group though. He has yet to OV or even take his SAT/ACT yet. We need to get him up here on an OV and he needs to get qualified. Also have to hope that Stokes presence doesn't cool him on us as they play the same position. Mitchell is much more of a traditional PF, while Stokes is a hybrid-type PF.

Is there any possibility that Woolridge gets a medical redshirt for last year?

I doubt CCM will invest another year in Woolridge unless he shows an ability to help more than he has. I would think the coaches would just as soon get their own players in that fit the system they want to install.

You cam never have too many talented PG's, but I know what you mean. We need help all over and can only sign so many.

Article on Chievous a couple of weeks ago and CCM spoke very highly of him and said they were red-shirting him this season . Apparently he had only played organized BB for like 3 years or something. Diamond in the rough. Definitely has the bloodlines.
