Yes, I was an admin over there, and a mod as well at WildcatFaithful. Didn't have time to sit on it all day and babysit the kids, so I stepped down a few years back.

WCN is still a good place. The good is that they don't allow the bee-ess that you see at other sites. The bad is that they can be somewhat censor-heavy if you're a Nega-Cat. That's why I like VN TBH.

I hear ya. I've had my turns at Mod life, and it's not all people think it's cracked up to be. I always liked WCN, there are some great posters over there. But for me, it just got to the point where I couldn't carry on a conversation with a rival fan without their being restricted, and God forbid I bring up a negative point about the UK program. I'm a guy that will call it like it is, and that often backfired at WCN, which is also why I like VN as well.

Are they still discussing their imminent invitation to the SEC? I feel like encouraging/egging them on.

Looks like they're still going on it turns out.

(As i think i understand from reading their message boards) Their latest claim is (again) that the SEC REALLY wants WVU, but ESPN is using its pressure to force the SEC to take Mizzou (who they REALLY only want to consider as a 16th team if a great team like FSU, Clemson, or OU wants to join)

This is all said to come from a "reputable Alabama booster...very close to the program"


They added on later that now (due to their want of West Virginia) Mike Slive and the university of Missouri are currently working in tandem and very tediously, trying to get the big 10 to accept Missouri as members so that the SEC...either can uphold their previous promise of membership to WVU or becomes free from ESPN pressure so that they can offer and accept the Mountaineers.



I...eh...I...I have no idea...how to even begin to respond to something like that...
