He was doing some other crappy stuff including to players, I was up at UT when that happened. Fulmer was what held that program together. He wasn't gunning for Major's job like the crap Majors said. Rather Dickey asked him to stay and made it clear either way Majors was gone. Majors had no one to blame but his own behavior. I loved Majors too, and I hate like hell that whatever got into him got into him. In the end he became very bitter and spread poison to a lot of people, and it seems like that poison lives on, and as long as it does maybe we ARE cursed. Cause Fulmer was done dirty, and I think the people who dislike him, have a lil guilt there, and just hate to admit how wrong they were. Because how he and Chief were done earned us the bad karma of the last couple of decades. That's my opinion based on my own experiences...and no matter how cool someone may seem on here, if they speak ill of Fulmer, they will not have my respect. They frankly do not know what the %$#^ they are talking about. I didn't really want to go down that rabbit hole here or in this thread, and I have nothing more to say.
