That would be just a brilliant thing to do. It's not like the guy has had any other offers to take jobs elsewhere or anything.

Say what you want about Pearl, but he is here for Tennessee and he loves Tennessee. There is always something to be said about that. Take a look at our football program last January for proof positive.

Not arguing with you, GahLee. Don't take offense. Just venting a little cuz of the baffling Pearl hate that often appears. We have so many brilliant coaching minds on this board.

I got a ton of respect for Pearl, he and staff have done an outstanding job.

HE hates Dooley and is wishy-washy on Pearl. ( Putting it lightly ).

Yeah, he also thinks Rich Rod is a genius coach and Billy Gillespie is an upstanding gentleman and a helluva coach.

He's also brilliant and one of the best posters on the site. Nobody's perfect.

I've been trying to figure out for some while how all of those properties can be accurately ascribed to one person, and I still haven't quite grasped it.

They are. Just don't come weak at hat and you'll gain his respect. Come ill-prepared and you'll leave with your tail between your legs b*tching and complaining that someone should have banned him by now. I've seen it many times.

Should see alot more offers come out and alot of more focused recruiting from this point on. We will evaluate over the next few weeks and make sure we get all of our top prospects in town for camps this summer.

That is the key to having a good solid base of commits going into next season. I for one hope we are up near 8-10 commits by kickoff next fall.
