you cannot imagine how hard I laughed at this post.

find me a link dated before January '10 and i will concede defeat that we hired a man on the brink of greatness.
I love the idea of Muschump and Slime being voices for the Defense of Dooley.

Nothing like a late night guru discussion to eat the time in between pitches of a baseball game.

Yet, they chose to hire Gene Chizik. Another ringing endorsement.

Chizik was a former DC, and was familiar with the school. He had a better record than the 3 amigos here last year as well, and that was with what most call a "gimmick" OC.

Oh, and he beat Tennessee in Neyland. Nothing like seeing that stank on a Saturday night.

Yeah, because that was so clearly a bad hire. Chizik had more success than your Man-crush Lane Kiffin.
That's why Kiffin now has one of the best jobs in college football and Chizik is still coaching In The Land That Bathing Forgot.

Kiffin had that job given to him. He did nothing to "earn" it. He hasn't proven anything with lesser talent to this point.

Yeah, after the first 16 people turned down USC, they settled on Kiffin. We'll see how that works out for them. Derek Dooley has one of the best jobs in college football too.

There are some people who would choose Auburn, AL over Los Angeles, CA in a heartbeat. [They're called people with sense.]
