Had Riley Ferguson not been injured when Worley went down, he probably would have been the QB but Dobbs was the only choice at the time, but, as CBJ said in the sports section of today's paper, with only one game left, it wasn't worth burning his redshirt. I expect he will be battling Worley for the job next spring.

I do think ferguson will be the starter next season. He is a better fit than worely, and peterman. Dobbs doesn't have the poise to be the starter at a young age, maybe as a jr or sr. Dobbs can be red shirted as a so. I believe the main goal for this team should've been making a bowl game. By not trying ferguson (after he's healthy), because of red shirting is crazy. I understand they both were in hs last year, but ferguson was clearly the better qb signee.

Worley cannot run a read option offense. He would be good qb in a pro-set type offense but Butch's offense is based upon a running QB.

I can't believe this is still a question.

Worley will be the starter. How is this hard for anyone to grasp??

The Tennessee team that went to OT with Georgia, then beat South Carolina, would have hammered Vandy last night. What's the difference between that team and the crap on the field last night? The QB.

The only bad thing about our offense last night was Dobbs. We are a better team with Worley in the game. How that is still a question is beyond me.

Hey Chatt-town, just curious - what stories does Worley read to you when he tucks you in bed each night??
