I am glad to see some people taking the under. Between them and the Sooner fans, I will still be able to get good odds on TN running up the score.

I am concerned when we go against GA or Bama simply because we know they are deep and can be a top team on any given day. I simply dont see OK having that level. As long as we are prepared - and I assume Heupel wants to humiliate Stoops in an epic manner - I simply dont see them having the ability to stop us from scoring or score heavily in return. And once the game is down 14, then it begins to snowball.

Under. I’ll be surprised to see us score more than 31. Heupel’s offense has always underperformed on the road especially in hostile environments. We’ve yet to see Nico run this offense with a silent count and Oklahoma is always tough in Norman. If we are going to win this game; it’ll be because of stellar play from our defense. It’s time for that d-line to eat!

I took the under. I tend to think this game is going to turn into a grind-it-out dog fight. First big road test for this team, and CJH teams don’t have a history of lighting them up.

Not only that but Venables was a d**m good DC at Clemson whom had won NCs. He knows great defense. He’ll have every exotic blitz/coverage/confusion package ready to throw at Nico. They’ll be ready on all sides.

On the flip side, I have a feeling Heupel has been developing a “special” playbook for this specific game - 4 years in the making. He has his QB. Freshman no doubt but a great one….and a strong defense.

LFG!!!

I’ll be happy to be prove incorrect. But I think 5-6 TDs this game are going to be hard to come by. Maybe we can get an assist or two from the defense.

I saw where the O/U for total score for both teams was 47.5.

So, if you can get a O/U on Vols alone for 40, logic would say to take the under. But, I would not be one but comfortable in taking it. This offense has the potential to be special.

It takes a few made opportunities from the defense in road games like this. I think it’ll be more challenging than most think.

I’m going to roll with a tight game until late in the 3rd and we win 41-27.

It will be noisy and I can see us getting behind a score early in the game. Nico must stay composed and o line must play well while limiting penalties.

Apparently their stadium is a bit unique in that the fans are on too of the sidelines. I’m sure there will be some pleasantries exchanged from their fans to our players. 😆.

I’m not expecting a high scoring game. OU def is legit. Vols need to control Arnold’s running & pressure up the middle.

I still don't understand sports betting or the lingo, so I am going to say "Yes".

Over is an easy bet. Heupel will pull out some things we haven’t even seen yet I feel. We are built to score 40 at least every game and the run game has never looked better in this system. Them dogs on the dline will eat the sooners up. Too fresh and too many of them. James Pearce is so pissed at his situation so far this year and you can tell but he will break out sooner or later. And what I mean by that is teams are game planning for him so everybody else is eating. He is a team player but better believe he wants his too. I need to see some more boo carter too because he is a dog. Bru gonna get in the end zone for a 14yd TD I’m calling it ;)

Under. OU plays good D but we win the line of scrimmage and get a couple turnovers on defense.
Go look at our stats on ncaa.com and see how many we are top 5 in. Offense and defense both top 2. And that’s with other teams like Ohio state who haven’t played any talent at all literally

After watching OK’s last 2 games, I could see them struggling to reach double digits barring turnover problems. JMO

We’ve got a really good team that hasn’t played anyone yet. Kent State is the worst team I’ve ever seen, NC State was barely ranked, and Chattanooga is an FCS school. We’ll win this game comfortably but I’m not expecting a blowout “fiddy” win. I’ll be glad to eat crow if the blowout happens though!
