Let's try not to have a "the world is ending" attitude on this board while this game is going on please hahaOsageJ said:Not any worse than Tennessee moonshine that's a bit green.HeyFred said:You needa stop smoking all that Arkansas meth.RedWolfJay said:RedWolfJay wrote: i think we stomp dat @$$!!!! 43-27!!

Cool song actually. I recommend listening to it in it's entirity.
JSinLR said:We have some talent but a lot of young talent...played 12 freshmen Saturday. 5 coaches in 5 years has taken a toll on numbers. We are young and inexperienced in the 2 deep.
Our back 7 on defense is our strength. Q. Lee is a beast at LB...you'll hear his name called a bunch Saturday. Our DL has a lot of new faces but they have some skill and size although a lot of young inexperienced faces. A bunch saw action Saturday and for the most part held up well. We limited FCS Montana State on the ground and held on 3rd down consistently. They'll be OK given time.
Offense has some really good skill players but OL had to be rebuilt due to graduation and losing one key returnee due to conclusion issues.
The OL needs a few games to gel but they have size and talent...just young..for the most part.
Knighten, QB can hurt you with his legs, Gordon if healthy can be scary for you and McKissic is a do everything sort of threat. Houston is an up and coming WR who showed great hands Saturday and good blocking skills. Griswold is a skillful TE who was a former QB in HS who can catch and block and has some agility.
We have a stable of young RBs behind Gordon that all appear to have some speed and talent but mainly they showed determination last Saturday all trying to earn more touches.
A pleasant surprise is how well Luke Ferguson our kickoff, punter, PAT guy did Saturday. He was solid in every facet and had a 60 yd punt and a 41 yd FG to impress the home crowd.

TN looked good but not unbeatable. I am hoping for dogfight on Saturday.
If we control the tempo, no mistakes, and catch a turnover ...I like our chances
WE have to have all 3 to have a chance IMO..... or catch TN flat, looking ahead, or taking us for granted.
WOLVES UP!
