I know we have a thread on this already, but I really wanted to share this video on mixed martial artist Ovince St. Preux and make sure everyone has a chance to watch it. This was an exclusive interview that our friends at USA Today shared with us and it includes a segment with Butch Jones.

I think the video is well done and definitely worth watching. This former-Vol is a fine representative of our beloved program. Everyone be sure to tune in to watch his big UFC fight this Saturday night at 10 p.m.

Ovince St. Preux is a champion and a Vol for Life

Yo Freak, can you fix OSP's spelling of his last name in the title of the article please? Thanks and good read!

Did anyone else notice that Butch's top button was unbuttoned during his clip in the video? That is the first time I've ever seen it not buttoned.

I'm a massive Mma fan. I can't understand why the sport isn't more popular than it is. It's the ultimate one on one, man up competition. Fighting is the oldest sport in the world. I saw osp's first televised fight (in strikeforce) and due to his rocking the big orange t instantly began keeping up with him. At first I didn't know if he was ever going to be a legit challenger but now... No question. This guy is becoming one of the greatest fighters in the world. Ever vol fan needs to watch his fights and support him.

Couldn't frickin' care less about fightin'. I'd rather watch a cat fight on a hot tin roof than that stuff. No interest here.

I heard "I don't like fighting but I'd rather watch cats fight"? Although, you did use couldn't care less correctly so you're not all bad :)

Good thing you took time to let us know that, i was wondering what you thought about it.

Well, ah akshually think it oughta be in the sports forum. An ah don't b'lieve you wunner/care what ah think about fightin' any more than ah wunner/care 'bout what you think ah think about.

Very cool video. Gives the guys a look into what follows after football is done

The guy who started the thread owns the site so I'm guessing your whining is futile. Just move along

Have been watching MMA and UFC for last few years and it is good to see a VFL doing so well. My neighbor who is a Bama fan bet on him at my request and won a very nice payday. So he bets on him every time he fights and has done well. It is good to see our Volunteer family doing well and representing our great university and tradition so well.
