Ovince St. Preux video; Butch says he's a true VFL

He's got the potential. He needs to work on conditioning and fundamentals and getting a more well-rounded skill set.

Sometimes it takes a kick in the gut to put you in check. Keep your head up OSP!

He desperately needs a better boxing coach, No combos at all, telegraphs every punch. Tons of potential, and I hate to say it but he may need to join a different fight team. Just not Jackson's MMA please, even though Winklejohn would be great for his striking

Duke Roofus could do work with OSP. Like you said, no combos, still leaving his hands down, winging punches from his hip, giving up takedowns way too easy. Really disappointing effort IMO. Saw a lot of the same deficiencies I've seen in most of his fights, but I was surprised that he hadn't seemed to improve more, his gas tank was so poor, and he gave up the takedowns that easily. Just a lack of fundamentals, and aspects of the game that can easily be controlled. Oh well, on to the next one.

Good call on Duke. Pettis is my favorite current fighter and Duke has really worked well with his style. Not saying he's close to Pettis, but OSP has a very unorthodoxed style as well. Having a striker like Pat Barry in his camp wouldn't hurt either. I know he probably wants to stay with the team in Knoxville, but for his career it's probably better to move on. Hopefully he gets back on track and really learns from this loss.

Taken down defense is one of the most underrated skills in the biz.
Chuck Liddell was a goon fighter. But he learned solid take down defense and dominated LH division for a good while. Sounds like OSP needs to work on a lot.
