The interior is the big change although the front fascia has been updated slightly.
2015 has a 5.8" touchscreen, the 2016 has a 7" and uses our latest Mazda connect software, with the commander switch.
The 2015 has a pull handle parking brake, the 2016 has an electronic parking brake.
The 2016 has a sport mode that the 15 does not.
The 2016 has some new optional packages which can add radar guided cruise control, lane departure warning, smart brake support technology... However a lot of this new stuff is optional equipment on a the grand touring.
If it was me, I would take the 2015 GT all day over the 2016 Touring. Especially if the 2015 has the technology package. By going with the 2015 you are getting 95% of the 2016 GT (tech and i activesense safety package) for about 5 grand less.
Thanks Nerd, that's what I wanted to know! I'll swing by another dealer who has a couple in stock hopefully this weekend!
